Which files should we listen to (on headphones) while recording?
Little Drummer Boy - PLEASE USE THESE TRACKS FOR RECORDING
You have two options. Choose the one that works best for you! Either track will work, but please wear headphones while recording so that only you can hear the track. Please do not use any other tracks when recording -- the earlier ones were for practice purposes only.
When taking a video of the percussion part, please use this track. Echo what you hear on your drum!
Pat-a-Pan - PLEASE USE THESE TRACKS FOR RECORDING
Please do not use any other tracks when recording -- the earlier ones were for practice purposes only.
Accompaniment track with vocals (record up to the first 25 seconds or so of this track for verse 1 only)
When recording the whisper, please use this track!
When are the recordings due?
Suggested deadline for "Little Drummer Boy" - Monday, November 9.
All recordings for both "Little Drummer Boy" and "Pat-a-Pan" should be sent to Edmee by the end of the evening on Friday, November 13.
These earlier deadlines are so that I can compile all Prep videos and send them to our amazing tech team in time for the hard November 18 deadline. This is especially the case because of our many short percussion and movement snippets. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
