"Worthy" - solfege from page 219-end; rehearse using this recording (consider slowing it down to practice!)
"Hallelujah" - get back into it!
A really important resource is Cyberbass, which gives you the opportunity to ISOLATE YOUR PART so that you can better prepare it for full-choir work.
